OUR HISTORY

First Choice Electrics was established in 1994 and, in the beginning, focused solely on electrical maintenance and installation works for the residential real estate industry.

The company was built on a reputation of providing unparalleled levels of service, quality workmanship and reliability. This level of service and the customer satisfaction that resulted allowed the business to grow, via word of mouth and without any form of advertising.

In 2009, First Choice Electrics moved into a commercial premise in Joondalup and established a team of office staff to ensure that our growing clientele continued to receive the highest level of service.

First Choice Electrics has since taken its superior service to the strata and commercial sectors and found that the level of service and communication we have provided to our real estate and residential customers has been well received in these sectors and with the larger team we have today we are capable of not only providing exceptional turnaround times for urgent and emergency works but we can also facilitate solutions for larger scale upgrades with ease.

Office Staff

We have highly capable office staff dedicated to not only answering our customers’ calls and arranging appointments for our tradesmen to ensure all runs smoothly but also to provide assistance and updates to keep our customers informed, as needed.

Our office staff is an integral part of our company’s commitment to providing quality customer service and ensuring prompt and clear communication between our office and our clients.

Electricians

Our fleet of service vehicles are manned by police cleared, A grade electricians based both north and south of the river. Our electricians are experienced in and mindful of the responsibilities involved in working in and around people’s homes, businesses, and investment properties.

First Choice Electrics are also heavily involved in training apprentices – a number of our current tradesmen began their apprenticeship with us and remain with us today as qualified, A grade electricians. The apprentices provide our electricians with valuable assistance and First Choice Electrics recognises the importance in training its own apprentices for the future of the company.
